Discreet Hearing Enhancement Device Study
An international audio device company developed a discreet multi-function hearing enhancement device, specifically designed to offer the same capabilities as a traditional hearing aid with benefits of a wireless earbud. The team wanted to understand the acceptance and relevance of their product offer among potential target groups
Our Work
- 15 x 90-minute online in-depth interviews with consumers who indicated having hearing issues
- Understand how Japanese consumers receive the product in terms of relevance and appeal of the value proposition
- Identify where/how to influence the potential buyer by determining their purchase journey map
The Outcome
- The client team was able to clearly understand how each of their ideas would be perceived by Japanese consumers, outlining many parallels and contrasts between the Japanese and foreign markets in which this study was conducted
“I wanted to thank you and your team for your great efforts on the project. It was a pleasure working with you, and the client was pleased with the insights you provided. Also, thank you for your participation and contribution in the presentation – it was helpful to have you put your words in the findings.”
