  • 1-month online diary with 10 young adults who occasionally use translation tools
  • 3 x 60 min online ID with people who participated in the online diary to understand the details from their online diary results

The Outcome

  • Understood the strengths and weaknesses of the current services compared to competitor services
  • Collected some useful examples of when the translation tool was not working well that informed the clients about how to tackle the current pain points in detail
