A leading beverage company sought to establish a system for gathering rapid consumer feedback across multiple beverage categories. The objective was to enable the brand team to make faster and more confident decisions evaluating packaging designs, product concepts, advertising materials, naming options, and other innovation and marketing initiatives.

- Managed a monthly online interview/ community with male and female consumers aged 20–40
- Designed and created a mini-interview-guide/ short questionnaires based on the brand team’s evolving business needs
